Illustrator issue, GPU settings disappear and NVIDIA graphics card is not identified

Community Beginner ,

The problem is with Adobe Illustrator and the GPU settings, the problem is that Illustrator stops detecting the graphics card, it stops working.

The drivers have been updated but the GPU keeps disappearing, Illustrator doesn't detect it,
I have an NVIDIA RTX 2000 Ada Generation Laptop GPU graphics card with 8GB of RAM
I hope someone can help me since Adobe support from the Admin console is not responding.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Regards

Hello @Omar Cervantes Noyola,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with GPU performance in Illustrator. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU(s) drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/402Vgi6) and checking if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Anubhav
