illustrator keeps crashing

my illustrator keeps crashing every now and then

i have tried restarting my device, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, i even tried using different versions of it but it still freezes up

theres no crash report pop up dialog for me to even send it back to adobe, and there is not conflict in the compactibility report

i am currently on windows 11, and am using an older version 25.4.5 of illustrator instead of the latest, nothing is working

So when you uninstalled and reinstalled did you also clear preferences and use the cleaner tool..? it may be worth a go.

• When did you start facing this problem? Have there been any changes made to your system recently (OS Update/Antivirus/Plug-Ins)?
• Does Illustrator freeze up while working on a specific file or all?
• Where are the files located (Internal/External/Network drive)?
• Please check and test if turning off the internet affects your work in Illustrator?
