What is the point in learning every command of the program if Adobe will change them for no reason?
I'm very mad, it's hard already trying to make the same thing in different softwares of the same companny with different commands and Adobe just decide to change them all.

The key to slect the Line tool is \ not / .
The menu shows Object>Arrange>Bring Forward,... use modifiers plus the [ and ] keys
I am afraid you are using a different language in Illustrator than before, e.g. in Spanish version of Ai, those shorcuts for Arrange>Bring forward,... do not use shortcuts like Ctrl+] but one like you have mentioned.
Also the keyboard layout plays a role, the \ key is not on a Spanish keyboard, and thus the shortcut for the Line tool must be a different one.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. We have not changed the Keyboard Shortcuts in any recent release.
If you are experiencing changes, make sure you are using "Illustrator Default" set in Keyboard Shortcuts panel (Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts). Screenshot is attached below:
Also, if you would like to customize it your own way, you can do that from here too.
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Ashutosh

Can you let us know what you think changed? Or where you are having the issue?
As AshtoshRox said, there have not been changes to shortcuts. But it would be interesting to hear where you are getting stuck and what problem you are running into specifically.

I'm sorry I exaggerated beacuse I had to finish an important illustration and when a partner sent an Illustrator 2020 document and when I openned it in my 2019 version, the program put every single element in a single mask with a frame of the size of the artboard (there where hundreds of them and obviously was impossible to work with ("you should check that"). Well that was the reason I installed 2020 version but until now I cannot find the correct command to ARRANGE front and back the elements. I work with a Mackbook Pro, and I used to do it with "Cmd+shift+9 or Cmd+9" and "Cmd+shift+0 or Cmd+0" and this doesn't work anymore, the program says now it's with Cmd+] and Cmd+[ but it just not work at all, and it's a command I use hundreds of times, I really can't work without it. (Also, can't find the input to make a line, it says it's with "/" I have that one when I press Shift+7. I used to do it with ">" in the 2019 version but again, anything happens).

I am using a complete (+numerical) keyboard with US layout and a US version of Illustrator.
What about you?

Yes, maybe that's the problem, I work with a Keyboard with Spanish layout, the 2020 version installed itself with english language , I though it wasn't going to be a problem so I didn't give it importance. How can I change it to Spanish?

You have find out, due to some differences in keyboard layouts, that some shortcuts have to be be changed when some keys are moved or unavailable in other keyboard.
And not all them can be restored to the default (US version) or to the ones used in another language version.
My recommendation, as you wish to change the language is change the Ai version language:
Open the Creative Cloud panel, click the first from left top icon (Preferences) in App in language change to Spanish.
Reinstall Illustrator.
I am an Spaniard, and have always preferred to use US versions, thus I use US keyboards, for the ñ I just press Alt+n, I can also tytpe ' + a and get á.
In Window 10 use International US layout, you can have several layouts directly available in the Taskbar.

If you don't like the shortcuts you can assign your preferred ones in Edit > Shortcuts. But they have not changed, maybe you had custom shortcuts in the older version (or a different language, as already mentioned)
