I have a new Mac Studio M1 Max with 64gb ram and 24 gpu. Im running Ventura 13.1. I have Illustrator 27.3.1 (Apple Silicon/Intel). Whenever I use brushes in my artwork the lag becomes so slow its unusable. The file sizes range from 50-150mb. Even when I created a new document with a simple vector and one brush there was lag when I wanted to move or copy and paste that item.

Can we please see the sort of brushes you use and how you use them?

Hello @iBerry79,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. We are here to help and would like to suggest trying to reset Illustrator's preferences as described in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html). If you don't mind, could you please follow the steps and share your observations with us? We appreciate your time and effort in helping us resolve this issue.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav
