Illustrator messing up a png when reopening a file

For the last 3 weeks or so I encoutered the same problem over and over again, when I place a png file into a illustrator file and reopen it sometime later (or immediately after a closed it) it messes the colors, like the example:

Do anyone know how to fix this issue?
