Illustrator Middle East Version

Hi, 
We have a Creative Cloud All Apps Subscription.
May I ask how to upgrade the Creative Cloud Subscription to the Middle East Version?
With the current version, it's difficult to do Arabic typesetting in the Illustrator app.
