Saludos.

Oh my, I had no idea and just updated to Sonoma 14.1.1 😞 I just hope I can keep running the few apps I normally use. Thanks a million for enlighten me BillI!

That is not an Illustrator setting. Probably something with your system (Sonoma?). I think I have also seen threads about it in the forums. Did you install the latest Sonoma upgrade?

It might help to turn on the application frame.

I think you are right Monika! I installed the latest Sonoma upgrade a few weeks ago indeed. I usually have the application frame turned on, I tried turning it on and off but it didn't help. What worked for me was restoring Ai preferences and restart the app. But I'll look up more about Sonoma to see if I find out how enable or disable that misterious new feature from there. Thanks a ton for your help! 🙂

You should be made aware that at the present time most Creative Cloud apps are not yet compatible with Sonoma. See https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/macos-sonoma-compatibility-common-issues.html.
