Illustrator muito lento

O programa de computador está muito lento.

Atualizei para a nova versão do Illustrator e o Adobe Creative Cloud e começou a ficar muito lento.

Atualizei e regredi o driver da placa de vídeo.

Modifiquei aspectos de desempenho do Illustrator, mas continua muito lento.

Desinstalei e instalei uma versão mais antiga e não melhorou.

Agora voltei para a versão atual (26.5).

O que fazer?

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind checking if Illustrator also behaves this way with other files? If yes, kindly try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.

Olá.

 

Realizei os procedimentos indicados, mas não melhorou.
Percebi que quando abro o navegador Chrome ou algum software que consuma mais memória, os erros continuam acontecendo. Reduzi a quantidade de abas do navegador e programas abertos.

Até mesmo antes de abrir qualquer arquivo.

Obrigado pela ajuda. 

O desempelho melhorou, mas não solucionou o problema.
Tenho percebido que quando abro o Chrome ou algum software que consuma maior quantidade de memória, acontecem os erros e problemas. Reduzi a quantidade de abas, de programas abertos.
Ajustei o desempenho do Illustrator, mas não resolveu. 
E assim, preciso reiniciar o computador a cada erro.
