Illustrator ne fonctionne plus

Bonjour,

Je ne peux plus me servir d'Illustrator, il s'ouvre normalement mais les commandes ne fonctionnent plus.

Il y a une mise à jour de disponible, mais je ne peux pas la faire (pas compatible)

Pouvez-vous me dire ce que je dois faire ?
