illustrator new version makes problems with hebrew punctuation

after update illustator start makeing some punctuation problems with at least 2 fonts (heebo and narkis-tam-mf)

is there any preference i should change?

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying the following steps in order and checking if it helps:

• Open the Creative Cloud application and uninstall Illustrator.
  Then navigate to preferences and select the tab for Apps.
  
  
  

• From the list of languages, choose either the Arabic or Hebrew languages:

  English Arabic -  
  English Hebrew - 

• Reinstall Illustrator.

• Are these Adobe fonts?
• Have you tried updating to the latest version of Illustrator (v27) to check if it helps?
