Illustrator no me deja abrir ni cerrar

Buenas tardes, Illustrator no abre. Lo tengo anclado a la barra de tareas y tiene un simbolo que hace alusión a que está abierto, pero cuando hago click para abrirlo  no hace nada. Tengo un archivo abierto el cual solo me muestra la vista previa, pero el programa no abre. No puedo intentar actualizarlo o desinstalarlo, ya que cuando lo quiero hacer Creative Cloud me dice que guarde mi trabajo y cierre el programa, pero no puedo hacer ninguna de esas dos cosas ya que Illustrator no abre.
