Illustrator no reconoce la GPU de mi procesador a pesar de tener la última versión de Windows 10

Los demás programas si coconocen la GPU menos Illustrator, he probado distintas versiones incluso un cambio de sistema operativo pero nada.  

Procesador: Raycen 7 5700G con gráficos integrados.

Ram: 16Gb (ddr4 8gb x 2)
Board: Asus B550f Gaming

Disco duro M2 1tb  y Disco alterno de 4tb

Nota: (No le tengo tarjeta Gráfica adicional).

Alguién depronto sabe que puede suceder?

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. I would request you to check if the latest driver is installed.

If this doesn't help, you may try the steps shared on this AMD help article (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110#faq-Customizing-Graphics-Performance-Preference-for-a-...) or try creating a new user account and see if that helps.

Also, you may try the steps suggested in this third-party YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4o4dBZdckw&t=116s). I hope it helps!

Hola me paso exactamente lo mismo, de hecho tengo prácticamente tu misma configuración. Vengo intentando de todo y aún no logro resolver  qué ilustrator me reconozca la GPU

I understand your frustration with Illustrator not recognizing your GPU. To assist you better, we need some more information to be able to help you with it:

• Please confirm the Illustrator & OS version.
  
• GPU make & model
• Share the AiSniffer file:

- Close all Adobe applications.

- Navigate to the Illustrator Preferences folder and copy the AiSniffer file to the desktop from this location:
C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 27 Settings\en_US\x64

• Share System Report, kindly follow these steps:

- Please press Windows Key + the letter "R" on your keyboard to bring up the Run command window
- Type "msinfo32" in the Open field and left-click OK
- While viewing the Microsoft System Information summary, go to File, then choose Save (Please do not use Export)
- Save your MSINFO32 report as "msinfo32.nfo" on your desktop to easily locate it after. It can take up to a minute to generate a report.

Buen día, no se si ya solucionaste pero una manera efectiva y segun tu equipo, puede forzar el aumento de tu VRAM a 1G o 2G, con eso no tendrás problemas. Yo lo soucione así.

Tengo un AMD RYZEN 5600G con 16G de RAM.
