Hola! Hace dos dias que illustrator no me responde , ya actualice la app y los controladores de la computadora y así y todo sigue funcionándome mal, no se que puedo hacer y necesito esta herramienta para trabajar! Desde ya gracias por su ayuda

¡Hola! Creo que acá está toda la información que me pediste.

Con respecto a que anda lento... abro illustrator , y en cuanto pongo abrir un archivo me aparece que no responde,  tarda y me abre, pero cada vez que quiero hacer algo no responde otra vez !! Con archivos nuevos lo mismo. Me pasa hace dos dias aproximadamente, ahora lo desinstale y volví a descargar y me aparece qué hay un bloqueo

Más allá de eso, hay casos de personas que pueden utilizarlo a pesar de no tener 8GB, yo pago mensualmente por el programa y trabajo con el... que solución podrías ofrecerme ?

Hola! pudiste resolver el problema? te consulto porque me está pasando lo mismo hace bastante tiempo, Mi computadora tiene 8GB de RAM. Es raro porque solo me pasa con el Ai, con el resto de los programas no tengo ningún problema. Probé desinstalando e instalando el Ai y no hubo caso. Esperemos que nos den una solución!

Hola, pudiste resolverlo? te consulto porque hace meses que me pasa lo mismo y nadie de Adobe lo pudo resolver, sigo con el mismo problema, no responde cuando abro o cierro un archivo y también me pasa cuando estoy trabajando en un archivo. Es imposible trabajar así! y de Adobe no se hacen cargo una vergüenza! Estaba hablando por chat y ellos mismos abandonaron la conversación.
