Hello @hendy_5450,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing more details, like the OS/Illustrator version and screenshots of the export settings used along with a sample AI file, so I can better assist you?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Have you tried saving the PDF using the Save As dialog (and choosing PDF) rather than exporting via the Asset Export dialog? You may find more options on how the placed images in the document are handled. Is the PDF meant for a print publication or is a document being displayed online?

@hendy_5450 When you save your document or export as a PDF, your settings is what defines you. There are different settings for print and ones for the web. For example, if I was creating an annual report, I need a PDF for the commercial printer (granted, I would give them a packaged file with the fonts, images, and a PDF for proofing), and maybe a PDF for printing and then create another PDF for online purposes for the website.

I can change the General Setting. Currently I have the set High Quality Print to show...

And then the Compression:

Noticed the ppi for the images, minimum is 300. This is idea resolution.

*Note: the artwork that you are using, are they at 300ppi? Are they from the internet at 72ppi? If so, then that's also another reason because high resoultion images have more pixels per inch which scales well while low-res images have fewer pixels, so scaling up makes it more visible and pixelated. In this case, I would make sure all the images are print ready at 300ppi. Or use vector artwork, and pixels are no longer an issue

Okay, I figured out this one.

I had to set the image quality to higher when exporting.

What's up with this exporting?

Why are some words missing and the bottom is not even there!
