Illustrator on iPad Air crashing when I use Apple Pencil

New Here ,
Nov 30, 2025 Nov 30, 2025

I am unable to use illustrator because it crashes immediately when I use it. I have updated my iPads software and restarted the iPad numerous times. I've also deleted pictures and apps as . recommended and it still crashes as soon as I try and start drawing again, deleting all the work I have just done. I'm using the most recent version of Adobe. I also have a screen recording but it won't let me upload because the file size is too big.

@artistic_imagination2176 I have an iPad and the Pencil as well as Logitech Crayon too (two ipads!), and I don't seem to have any isuses with either of this. ON the iPad, I would totally clear the Illustrator's cache. I know some may say 'Delete the App,' but just wait....  Go to Settings - General - iPad Storage. Scroll down and tap on Illustrator. Look for options and select Offload App. This clears the app's cache and temporary files while preserving the documents and settings. Tap Reinstall App

In the web browser, I would also clear my history, cookies & cache of my web browser;; then log-back into your Adobe account on adobe.com, using the exact Adobe ID (email) and password associated with your active subscription. Go to the Files section and check the Syncing status.

Now open Illustrator and see if the crash is resolved.
