Illustrator opens with strange error.

Hello,

When I open illustrator 2025 I get an error message saying:

'Adobe Illustrator The file "[filename.ai]" has an unknown format, so the styles cannot be imported.'

- I did not open that file, I just opened the software.

- I can not work in illustrator now!!

Please, what is the problem with Illustrator at the moment?

I solved the issue by deleting all cache en user settings and such. Now all my setting, user interface and shortkeys are gone. I need to add them manually again. It will take me an hour to do so.

Ik total ik took me hours so fix this bug. Maybe I need to send Adobe an invoice for the hours I worked? Unbelievable that thsis random errors are happening all the time...
