Once stakeholders add comments, you automatically see them in the app. You can comment back, resolve comments, and push updates to the same link to continue the review cycle.

Understand that. But essentially I need my collaborators to edit the drawing elements in the pdf as well. So I need a format that the layers can be read in and edited in a 3rd party editor like foxit
