Illustrator planner in pdf results in KDP upload error message

I've created a planner in illustrator and converted it into a pdf, but for some reason when uploading I get error message, anyone has experience with this? I'm not sure what the issue is... there is no explanation of the error... I'm looking for someone who has experience with creating in adobe and then uploading pdf to kdp...

Exactly which options did you set up when creating the PDF?

Is that a PDF/X? If not, try that option - there are 3 types of PDF/X. Please refer to the KDP documentation, which one to use. I have never  uploaded something there.
