Hi all.
I have been experiencing extremely laggy runtime for the latest version of Illustrator on my Windows 11 Pro machine. It started pretty much as soon as I got this machine but has gotten progressively worse over the last year and a half. The laptop specs are as follows:
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900H @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
Device ID E11A69BB-3B73-4347-A8A7-6DDAE376170D
Product ID 00330-80000-00000-AA587
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 20 touch points
The OS specs are:
Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on 12/11/2022
OS build 22621.1702
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22641.1000.
I have a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU.
All drivers are up-to-date and all software is too, not that it matters. This issue doesn't seem to be dependent upon what version is being run anymore than if the drivers are current.
Any help will be greatly appreciated! This problem has grown from a nuisance to being prohibitive. Thanks in advance!

Hello @make your marc,
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. If you're using a Wacom Tablet, we recommend installing the latest drivers (https://www.wacom.com/en-us/support/product-support/drivers#:~:text=Just%20looking%20for%20drivers%3...) to see if it resolves the issue. Also, if you have Antivirus software enabled, kindly try adding the Adobe applications to the exclusion list or disabling the Antivirus software temporarily to check if it helps.
If not, please follow the steps in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/fix-crash-on-launch-issues.html) and let us know your observations. Also, kindly share the crash report using the steps in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html) and use the same email account as your community account for quick tracking. We appreciate your time and efforts in resolving this issue.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Anubhav
