Illustrator scrolling automaticlly

Hi, wondering if someone could help.

Our illustrator every time I open a file, it opens and then it starts automatically scrolling across,

Tried re-setting keyboard/mouse - nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions? be much appreciated.

Is it only illustrator. Sounds like you have a stuck down arrow key on your keyboard. Have you tried another mouse? Have you tried unplugging your mouse?

Unplug your keyboard as well.

Also if you have additional bluetooth connected devices make sure they are not connected if they are not active.

I had a spare bluetooth keyboard in my drawer that turned on and caused ghosts in my machine.

• OS(Exact version of Windows/MAC)
• Exact version of Illustrator
• Did you try checking it with different mouse or keyboard?

l am having the same issue. l have windows 10 OS running with up to date windows update and running Illustrator v26.5.

Have tried with Different Keyboard and mouse as well.
