I can't zoom in and out in illustrator without it starting to shake a lot. this has never been the case on my previous old version of illustrator. how can I fix this? IllustratorAdobe Forum Help & Resources

Have you tried turning off Animated Zoom?, in Preferences > Performance > GPU Performance

yes I have tried this! I don't understand at all. I usually use my fingers on the tuchboard (?) on my MacBook, and drag them in and out to zoom if you understand? but its not possible cause the image is shaking so much when I do it. Thank you for trying to help me!

Hi, My device is Asus Rog zephyrus g14 2022
ryzen 9 6900hs + RX 6700s
16gb ram
windows 11 pro 23h2
you can se the shaking on the bottom when i zoom in and zoom out in gpu performance, but if i not activate gpu performance that's normal without issues, but the illustrator will be lag for working

I have the same problems... Sometimes it can turn off when I want to do a quick zoom. I had this situation several times..
