Illustrator stürzt nach dem starten ab

Hallo,

mein Illustrator stürzt leider seit heute ständig ab...

Ich sehe den normalen Ladebildschirm und wenn das Programm in die Start-Ansicht geht, kann ich manchnmal noch kurz etwas auswählen bevor das Bild einfriert, manchmal auch erst nach dem auswählen einer Datei aber meist +direkt schon nach dem starten...

Nach einigen Sekunden dann "...reagiert nicht mehr".

Sowohl im offiziellen, als auch in Beta.

Neuinstallation bereits erfolglos ausprobiert.

Jemand eine Idee?

Gibt es eventuell ein Update für den Grafikkartentreiber?

Und falls nicht, wäre es gut, wenn wir Systeminfos haben könnten.

  While submitting the crash report, please use the same email address with which you are signed in on this community. This will help us find the crash report and help accordingly.

• Share system specs, including the OS details.

Also, please check if disabling GPU performance helps!

It's unfortunate that you're facing this problem, but with the right steps and information, there's a good chance it can be resolved. In the meantime, using the previous version of Illustrator (v27.9) can be a suitable workaround. Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.
