Illustrator stuck on opening + Crashing in 3D

Hello,

I'm really tierd of adobe softwares, Adobe XD worst performing software sometimes it crash before its loaded. 

Now after many years I'm done with this crap software Illustrator one of most popular software is worse with every new update

Today i entered regular and i stuck on loading screen trying to fix it 3 hours!!! 
and for 3D options it SUX, every time i use it illustrator crash 

Everything they know is to ask what PC ur using, so my PC is worth like $5000 with GTX 3080 and 32gb ram, i even use zapyhurs g14 with GTX 3060 and 16gb ram and got same issues. This software is sux and it will stay sux forever.

Update fix one thing broke 15 other things

Sorry to hear about the issue. Could you provide a few details like:

• Exact version of the OS and Illustrator
• Since when did you start facing this problem?
• Has there been any recent changes made to your system? (OS update / Antivirus / Plug-Ins)
• Crash Report for Illsustrator
  While submitting the crash, report please use the same email address, with which you are signed in on this community. This will help us find the crash report and help accordingly. 

In addition to this kindly try resetting the preferences for Illustrator and share your observations with us.

Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
