Illustrator Swatches not visible on artboards

My swatches and vectors have suddenly disappeared from the artboards, and been replaced with strange outlines. They are visible in my layers panel, but not on the artboard. See screenshot attached.

I closed and reopened and they are still not visible. Help!

You are in Outline Preview. Ctrl or Cmd Y will change it.
