Hi TONIATTIS,
It’s frustrating to encounter file corruption, especially after a crash. Since you can still see the thumbnail on the home screen, there’s hope to recover some data. Could you try the following steps?
1. Check Recovery Files: Illustrator automatically creates recovery files. Go to the folder where recovery files are saved (https://adobe.ly/3ZcoP0G).
2. Open File as PDF: If you saved the file as .ai with PDF compatibility, change the file extension from. ai to .pdf and try opening it in Adobe Acrobat or another PDF reader.
3. Share the File: If you’re comfortable, you can share the file, and we’ll attempt recovery.
Let us know how it goes!
Best,
Anshul Saini

Hello @Gustavo331202998mz5,
Thanks for sharing the file. I was only able to partially recover your work. I understand this might not be ideal, and I am sorry for the inconvenience.
To avoid similar situations in the future, I would recommend saving multiple copies of your active work or saving them as Cloud Documents (https://adobe.ly/48ZLRLw).
Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need assistance. We'd be happy to help.
