Illustrator trava e reinicia o PC no Windows 11

Olá, quando arrasto uma imagem para da area de trabalho para o illustrator ele trava e reinicia o PC. Toda vez que faço isso o pc reinicia.

Já foi realizado a formatação do PC e troca do disco SSD recentemente.

Alguem já passou por esse problema? Alguma ideia do que pode ser?

Configuração do PC:

CPU: 15-7400 3.00GHz

RAM: 16GB 2400MHz

Disco: SSD 240GB

GPU: GeForce GT 730

SO: Windows 11 22H2
