illustrator tried but could not save the file

Hello

Guys please need your help, i can't save any file, without any text just white artboard, this problem started last week, I save all my files .EPS, but I need back to save my files .AI
How can I fix this problem?

Where are you saving your files? If not on your harddisk, try that.

Also: turn off "Save in Background" in the preferences. Does that work?

I save in my laptop harddis.
