Illustrator und InDesign reagieren nicht. (Windows 10)

Ich habe mir soeben die Cloud gekauft. Nach erfolgreicher Installation von Lr, Ps, Ai und Id startet Ps und Lr ohne Probleme. Ai und Id reagieren nach dem Start des Programmes nicht. Lassen sich auch nur im Task Manager beenden.

PC wurde bereits neu gestartet und beide Programme deinstalliert.

Was kann ich tun?

Also, in addition to @Monika Gause suggestion, you may try the steps shared on this community page (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator/how-to-fix-crash-on-launch-in-illustrator/td-p/12213344) (https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/advanced-troubleshooting-for-launch-issues/td-p/...) and share the information as asked there. Additionally, you may try running the app in Safe Mode  (Windows) & Root account (Windows) to check if it is crashing there as well or not.
