illustrator vectorisation

suite à la mise à jour, au moment de véctoriser une image ou autre, le clique sur avancée pour avoir plus de fonctionnalité comme supprimer le blanc... ça saute je n ai accès a rien. y a plus rien pas la possibilité de finir ma vectorisation . gros bug

Did you reset the preferences when making the update or afterwards? Did you reboot the computer?

 

If you want to try whether resetting the prefs works for this, you can quit Illustrator and rename the preferences folder. That can be undone incase it doesn't help.

Can you try if dragging the Image Trace panel out of the panel group works better?

Sorry for the delayed response. We understand that it can be frustrating to work in Illustrator when UI elements don't appear as they should. I hope the suggestions shared by Monika & Ton helped resolve the problem.

 

If not, kindly try the following steps and share your observations:

  • Close all Adobe applications.
  • Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following locations:
    (Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
    (macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP
  • Relaunch Illustrator
