Bonjour
J'ai fais (malheureusement) la mise à jour pour la nouvelle version 26.0.1 d'illustrator, depuis plus rien ne fonctionne, illustrator ne se lance même pas, j'ai contacté l'assistance qui m'a demandé d'utiliser CC cleaner pour désinstaller pour ré-installer la version, mais j'ai toujours le même problème, même en installant la version inférieur (25.4.1). J'ai également essayé de supprimer mes versions de puis la racine de mon PC (disque C:) en supprimant manuellement tous les dossiers illustrator (Adobe / Programmes), mais rien ne fonctionne, le sablier tourne et illustrator ne se lance pas... Je suis sur Windows 10. Merci pour votre aide, si j'avais su je n'aurai pas fait cette mise à jour car la version précedente fonctionnait parfaitement....

Sorry to hear about this trouble. This is has been reported by a few other users as well, and it was found due to the conflict with Trend Micro Antivirus.
Do you have this Anti-Virus installed on your machine? If yes, please make sure that Illustrator is added as an exception in the app settings. I hope it helps!

This is happening to me as well and it is not AntiVirus related. Kaspersky has all Adobe apps in as safe. Other apps work. What now? I've uninstalled and re-installed, I've tried launcing from the application directory and the result is the same . ...no response. There is no crash report created.
Please treat this as urgent....money at stake here.
