Illustrator will just not work.

Hello all,

I am trying to edit a simple invitation (downloaded from the Adobe Stock inventory). I did not have issues with this until five days ago. Now, anytime I open Illustrator (28.0 or 27.9), the program immediately crashes. I tried restarting my computer and uninstalling and re-downloading Illustrator. Not really sure what to do.
