in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

If a system reboot doesn't fix it, can you please tell us your system version?

Hi @Milabjeljac,

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry you’re experiencing this issue! Could you please confirm the version of macOS and Illustrator you're using?

In the meantime, please try the suggestions shared by the expert and also try resetting Illustrator's preferences. You can follow the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html. Make sure to back up the preferences before resetting.

Additionally, head over to Illustrator > Preferences > Performance and toggle the GPU Performance setting. Turn it on if it’s off or off if it’s already on, then restart Illustrator to see if that makes a difference.

If that doesn't help, try signing out of Creative Cloud and signing back in, then relaunch Illustrator and check again.

Let me know how it goes. I'm happy to assist further based on what you observe.

Abhishek
