Hi there. After an update 7 days ago (to V27.3.1), Illustrator won't launch. Instead, it freezes my system for about a minute before it lets me back in, but without Illustrator opening. I'm wondering if anyone experiences the same problem and/or if Adobe is aware of this and looking into it.

Thank you. I'm not sure what happened, but Illustrator's working now. What's frustrating is that I don't know what's changed to make it work.

Are you on a Mac?
Try installing as a new user. You'll have to look this up (there's answers here somewhere) - I'm not on a Mac but this seems to be a reoccurring solution for Mac users...

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. If you're using a Wacom Tablet, we recommend trying an older version of the driver (6.3.46-2) to see if it resolves the issue. Also, if you are using a Windows computer and have Antivirus software enabled, kindly try adding the Adobe applications to the exclusion list or disabling the Antivirus software temporarily to check if it helps.

None of my adobe apps are opening. Is this a system wide glitch?
