Illustrator won't open

Hi, i would like to ask why does my illustrator won't open?

The adobe illustrator cc 2018 quit unexpectedly, but then the app doesn't respond.

I have restart my mac book and it's still happening.

What should i do to make it open? because i really need it for my work.

If you reset it and it does not work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

If you follow Katie's recommendation make sure that you uninstall and reinstall using the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Also before you reinstall make sure to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems . I would also recommend to once again manually delete your preference files before your initial launch of the reinstalled program.
