Does this happen to other peolpe? Can someone help me... I'm losing a lot of time and work when it's crashing.

Hello @Rosan5E57,

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. If you're using a Wacom Tablet, we recommend trying an older version of the driver (6.3.46-2) to see if it resolves the issue. If not, please follow the steps in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/fix-crash-on-launch-issues.html) and let us know your observations. Also, kindly share the crash report using the steps in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html

You have to clean up space on your computer. On top of that 8 GB of RAM is just barely enough to launch Illustrator at all. You might want to downgrade to a lower version, maybe it gets better. But if not, consider getting a new computer.

my macbook air 13" (early 2015) with 4gb ram and i have no issues with illustrator crashes (even when running lengthy and involved scripts. except for the normal script related crashes and mrap errors). I regularly use CC2021 and CC2023 It runs a bit slow on bigger files for sure.. But im wondering how big are the files OP is using..?
