Ilustrator Erro

Bom dia Comunidade tudo bem?

Estou com o seguinte erro no illustrator e não consigo abrir: "Não Foi Possível Exibir a paleta Guia de Cores porque ocorreu um erro" e sempre para na inicialização plug-ing VectorizeUI.aip.

Alguem sabe o que poderia ser?

You could try 

1. rebooting the system. If that does not help

2. resetting the preferences. If that does not help

3. uninstall, run the Adobe Cleaner tool and reinstall.
