Ilustrator travando ao salvar diretamente em nuvem e bug na visualização do arquivo

Alguem saberia me informar o que pode ser estes bugs??? Já desinstalei e reinstalei, ja formatei o computador e nada. Alguma configuração dentro do ilustrator que eu possa alterar para estes bugs cessarem?

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try updating the GPU drivers on your computer, restart and then relaunch Illustrator to check if it helps. Also, try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.

Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article. 

If the issue persists, kindly check if Illustrator is behaving this way with other files as well and share some more information, including the version of the OS and Illustrator installed on your computer and the CPU/GPU make and model.

Ja verifiquei estas situações, já realizei a troca de GPU por outros modelos mais recentes como rtx 2060 Super e em todas as 6 maquinas que temos na empresa este problema persiste, até mesmo neste forum achei pessoas com o mesmo problema de linhas pretas e imagem branca e travamento ao salvar arquivos, porém nenhuma resolução concreta

Thanks for confirming that. Would you mind checking if Illustrator also behaves this way with other files? Also, kindly check if the file is saved on an external/network drive or a cloud-synced folder and if it is, does moving the file to a location on the internal drive like the desktop helps alleviate the problem?

Additionally, try pressing the Ctrl+E keys and share your observations.

What happens when you save locally and then drag into the cloud?

Já realizei este teste, acontece o mesmo problema. Acredito que possa haver alguma incompatibilidade com o modelo do processador, temos 6 maquinas iguais na empresa com o mesmo modelo de processador i7 - 11800H e todas elas apresentam estes erros.
