My drivers were reinstalled and up to date. I am not sure if its a setting or a bug but when I draw and remove the pen, what I drew relocates to a nearby location. not sure if its snapping to a certain vector point. Since I can see the brush drawing under my pen, I know that its not offset, the change in location happens after I remove the pen.

It has the same problem when using the mouse, so it does look like it is snapping to a certain location, not sure what setting that would be.
