I do image trace-silhouette regularly with no issues. Yesterday I updated to the latest AI version and now when I image trace-silhouette the image disappears. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?

I figured it out! It was an image issue, as strange as that sounds to me. I tried a different image and it worked fine. Thanks for replying!! I did lose all my settings and am struggling a bit to get them back the way I had them. I'm self taught and I can't remember what I did previously to set up my "Workspace" layout.

Can you please show your template? And the settings in the Image trace advanced options?

Did you already reboot the computer and reset the preferences (There have been a lot of changes in image trace recently which might make this necessary. You will lose all your settings.)

Thank you for the feedback and glad you could solve it.

In order to get back the workspace: Arrange the panels in the way you want them on your monitor. Then select Window > Workspace > Create new workspace.

When you have set up everything, what you can do is Edit > My settings > Export. This gives you a nice package with your custom settings and stuff. You can also import it.
