Two similar text are one over other with different colors & one text is slightly moved to give a 3D impression. You can notice left side edge of "N" & "O" is white color whereas right side edge of the "F", "A", "S" is white color. "H" & "I" edges have no color. How is it possible?
If you use the arrow key you can see entire text either moves left or right.

They just don't tell you every step - so it's not a tutorial, but a speed painting.
I would assume they either worked sloppily or scaled it unproportionally.
There are really good tutorials on LinkedIn LEarning. Why don't you watch them?

LinkedIn tutorials are not only free but also it may be higher for my skill level. In future I can consider paid one. You have to give your credit card datail to get one month free access, after that they will charge you, whether you like it or not.
What I am looking for is few minitues tutorials to get familier with the subject.
