Hi the new update messed up the image trace, i can't vectorize a simple QR code right, please revise it. I tested before in another acount without this update and it works fine.

You cannot use Image Trace on QR codes and you never could. 

If you can't reate a new code, try Object > Create Object Mosaic instead. You have to count the number of tiles you need. And then it will be precise.
