Two computers running the same version with similar hardware and OS (Windows 10).
One computer has no problem tracing any and all files. The other has had initial sparse issues, but now will not trace any file whatsoever.
Have restarted Illustrator, computer, cleared preferences folder, and have reinstalled Illustrator, but the problem persists.

If the issue is still persisting, could you please provide more information about the error message you are receiving and some examples of the files that are causing the error? This will help us investigate the issue more effectively. Also, please confirm the exact version of OS build no. & Illustrator.
