Import text from spreadsheet to AI, who to automate (script)

I get spreadsheets of text like in picute.
I would like to automate the process of getting this into my AI workspace like the picture shows as this is time consuming.
I have tried using varibles but that gets messy as all varibles need a new row in the spreadsheet. Is there a simple way to script this?
Any pointers would be great.
