Impossible d'enregistrer un fichier sur mon ordinateur

Voilà mon problème. Il m'est impossible d'enregistrer un fichier ni de choisir le type de fichier dans illustrator. Je n'ai pas la fenêtre habituelle, juste une fenêtre d'enregistrement creative Cloud.

Quelqu'un a une idée de ce qu'il se passe ? Merci
