Impossible d'utiliser Illustrator - La page disparaît de l'écran

Help. Que je crée un fichier avec une page blanche ou que j'ouvre un fichier déjà créé, la page glisse systématiquement, toute seule, vers la droite et disparaît de l'écran. 
Impossible de l'arrêter.
Déjà eu ce phénomène ? (Pas de clavier bloqué ou souris défectueuse)

This sounds unusual! Could you share a screen recording demonstrating the issue? Please also provide your system specifications and the Illustrator and operating system versions you’re using.

You might also try running Illustrator in Safe Mode (Mac/ Windows) to see if this resolves the issue temporarily. Safe Mode can help identify whether a third-party plugin or system configuration is causing the problem. Let us know so we can assist further!
