Impossible de lancer un tutoriel dans Ilustrator

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive pas à lancer un tutoriel.
La fenêtre s'ouvre dans Illustrator mais ça charge indéfiniment.
Que puis-je faire pour résoudre ce bug ?

Essaye de cliquer sur Parcourir plus en dessous. Comme ça tu accèderas à tous les tutos via ton navigateur.

Et si cela ne marche pas c'est qu'il y a un problème avec la connexion internet.

Are you facing issues with the same tutorial as mentioned above, or is it happening with all the tutorials? Also, please confirm the OS and version of Illustrator you are working on.

MacOS 14.4.1

Version Illustrator 2024.

J'ai fais une mise à jour d'illustrator cela fonctionne
