Impression bloqué à 0%

Bonjour à tous !

J'ai un problème pour lancer une impression, qui intervient du jour au lendemain, Lundi ça fonctionnait et depuis Mardi non, je n'ai pas fait d'actions particulières entre temps. Je suis sous Windows 10.

Au moment de lancer l'impression avec le bouton "Imprimer", la fenêtre d'impression reste bloqué à 0%, et impossible de revenir en arrière avec Annuler. Je dois donc fermer le logiciel de force. Pas de statut d'impression en cours dans la barre de tâche. J'ai testé avec Photoshop, Acrobat ou internet, pas de problèmes d'impression...

Avez-vous des conseils ?
J'ai déjà tenté d'éteindre et rallumer le PC depuis hier plusieurs fois, désinstaller/réinstaller le logiciel plusieurs fois, réinitialiser ou supprimer les préférences, mais toujours le même problème. Merci !
Via des autres PC de mon entreprise avec Illustrator ça fonctionne.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having printing from Illustrator. Would you mind confirming a few more details, like the exact version of Illustrator installed and if Illustrator behaves this way with all files?

Also, try the following steps to manually reset Illustrator's preferences and share your observations:


- Close all Adobe applications.

- Go to Location C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

- Rename Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 29 Settings folders to Adobe Illustrator.old and Adobe Illustrator - 29 Settings.old

- Relaunch Illustrator from Creative Cloud

 

Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also save a backup of the folders, the location of which is mentioned above.

Merci pour vos recommandations ! Malheureusement, j'ai déjà effectué ces manipulations avant, j'ai recommencé avec vos instructions, redémarré le PC, réinstallé le tout, mais j'ai toujours le même problème... A voir si je supprimes totalement les fichiers adobe de mon PC, au stade où j'en suis...

Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient le problème, mais il ne vient pas de l'imprimante, car dans tout les cas, la requête et la liste d'impression ne s'affiche pas dans la barre d'état Windows, contrairement à si je fais une impression depuis Photoshop.

L'imprimante fonctionne avec Photoshop, Acrobat, etc... Donc cela ne vient pas de l'imprimante, on a également essayé d'imprimer sur une autre imprimante et j'ai le même problème.

What kind of printer is it? Are you working with a printer queue?

Well... I make it works again by Installing the oldest version of Illustrator (29.1) instead of the new one Illustrator (29.2) ...
I don't know what happens here. Thank you for your advices !

I’m glad to hear that reverting to version 29.1 helped resolve the issue temporarily. To assist in investigating the root cause, could you please share the following details?

1. The version of Windows (e.g., Windows 11, version 22H2).

2. The file format you are trying to print (e.g., .PNG, .JPG, .AI, .PDF, etc.).

3. The printer make and model (e.g., Epson EcoTank L3250, Canon PIXMA TS9520).

4. An MSInfo file capturing your system information. Here’s how to generate it:

• On Windows: Press Win + R, type msinfo32, and click OK. Then, go to File > Export and save the file.

 

Additionally, could you confirm whether the printer is connected locally, via a network or Wi-Fi, and whether the issue happens with all files or specific ones?

 

Your input will be crucial in helping the product team understand the issue better.

Hello @Monika Gause,

 

The backend fix specifically addresses the reported print issue. Those who rolled back to version 29.1 or v29.2 to resolve the issue can now install version 29.2.1 again to take advantage of the fix. However, users who are already on version 29.2.1 don’t need to reinstall it; relaunching the app or restarting the system will do it.
