In Illustrator, Arial Regular shows in the Fonts menu in the M's not in the A's. version 26.4.1 Windows 10.  All the other Arials I have installed show in the proper locations in the A's. I have tried installing a different copy of Arial from another computer, but it does the same thing. What can I do to get it listed in the menu cvorrectly?image.png

Hi there,

We are sorry for the trouble & delayed response. Would you mind checking if clearing the system font cache, then reinstalling the Arial font, resetting Illustrator preferences manually and then launching Illustrator to see if that helps?

Kindly update the discussion if you still need assistance with it. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks & Regards,
