Inside stroke disappearing at certain angles

I have a crescent shape I've repeated around a circle, with an interior line, but one of the crescent objects strokes dissapears when rotated between about 270-279°. The stroke is still applied throughout, it just *poofs* when its rotated. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Outlining the stroke does not work (as it just outlines the small visible portion).

Does that get better in View > Preview on CPU?

It in fact actually gets worse. The line gets even thinner.

And that didn't happen to the other wedges?

That is indeed weird.

Can you share the AI file? There only need to be all the wedges in it, not the other details.

Change the file extension to .pdf and upload to this forum.
