Hi @joana_1378,
Thanks for reporting this. I tested the Libraries panel on my Windows system and the icons are responding normally.
Could you please confirm which version of Illustrator you're currently using and your operating system? Also, does this only happen in Illustrator, or do you see the same issue with Libraries in other Creative Cloud apps as well?
In the meantime, please try signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and then signing back in once more to resync everything. Let me know if that makes any difference.
If the issue continues in all apps, a clean reinstallation of the Creative Cloud components can help. Steps:
1. Close all Adobe apps
2. Run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove Creative Cloud Desktop, CCLibrary, and CoreSync: https://adobe.ly/4mkYJCc
3. Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app: https://adobe.ly/43fQrCS
Launch Illustrator again and verify that the Libraries panel functions properly.
If the behavior persists, please try Illustrator in Safe Mode and share your observations. Ref:

Looking forward to your update.

Only happening in Adobe Illustrator at the moment. I'm using version 30.0. I tried to close/open all the adobe apps but the problem persists.

Hello @joana_1378,
Could you try the suggestions shared earlier by Abhishek and let us know if they help? Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
